Booth setup will begin at 7am, July 7, 2011 and Exhibitor should be ready for visitors by 11am. We will provide one 8 foot table and 2 chairs per booth. Setup will be indoors (air conditioned) unless otherwise specified. Application Deadline is June 1, 2012 or until event is filled, whichever comes first.
